    You book a stay in one of the accommodations during the promotional period from April to October. After registering online and paying the visitor's tax levied by the city of Winterberg (invoiced by us), you will automatically receive your (digital) Sauerland SommerCards at check-in.

The flat is fully equipped. Good beds, an infrared sauna and an excellently equipped kitchen. The Kappe slope is within walking distance, a nice practice slope for children and also nice slopes for more experienced skiers.

The flat is clean and modernly furnished and leaves little to be desired. Towels are provided upon arrival and the beds are made. In addition to toilet paper and kitchen towels, spices and coffee pods are also available. And despite its close proximity to the Dirt Masters, it was a quiet flat.

Perfect location, right next to the bike park, including parking space in the underground car park. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly and lovingly furnished and also very clean.

Your hosts in Winterberg: Spending your vacation at friends

We are Julia and Sven Hehl from Nordwalde near Münster in Westphalia/Germany. For more than 20 years we have been regularly visiting Winterberg, mainly in the winter months for skiing. We have followed the development of the tourist infrastructure with admiration: Snow safety in winter and the most modern lift facilities as well as biking mecca in summer with over 700 km of well-marked mountain bike trails. It quickly became clear to us: we also want to become part of this project!


With one villa and one small studio in Hurghada/Egypt, we have already helped many people to enjoy their dream vacation at the Red Sea.     Wir haben beide Unterkünfte mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, sodass sie unseren Gästen maximalen Komfort ermöglichen. Dabei haben wir immer unseren eigenen Blick als Urlaubssuchende einfließen lassen und uns gefragt: "Was würden wir uns wünschen!"

  • How far are the accommodations from the nearest ski slope or bike park?

    Sowohl in der Feriensuite als auch dem Designstudio sind Sie "mittendrin statt nur dabei"! Schon bei der Auswahl unserer Ferienimmobilien haben wir hierauf besonders geachtet.


    Bei einem Aufenthalt in unserer Feriensuite brauchen Sie die Unterkunft nur zu verlassen und über den Kapperundweg auf die andere Straßenseite zu wechseln. Hier befindet sich der Bikepark in direkter Umgebung. Im Winter gelangen Sie über einen kurzen Verbindungsweg direkt auf die Skipiste des Panoramahangs (Gesamtweg vom Haus: maximal 250 Meter), von wo aus Sie bequem zum nächsten Skilift bergab fahren können.


    Vom Designstudio erreichen Sie die Ausläufer des Bikeparks bereits nach einem Fußweg von nur 150 Metern ("Slopestyle Park"). Der Einstieg in den Bikepark am Kapperundweg bzw. im Winter die Skipiste am Panoramahang sind vom Designstudio 650 Meter entfernt. Alternativ erreichen Sie in gleicher Entfernung auch die Bergstation des Skilifts "Astenstraße" zum Einstieg ins Skiliftkarussell.

  • Is there reserved parking available at all accommodations?

    Ja, sowohl bei unserer Feriensuite als auch dem Designstudio ist jeweils ein Parkplatz für Sie reserviert! Die Feriensuite verfügt über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus unseres Designstudios steht Ihnen ein Außenstellplatz zur Verfügung.

  • When is check-in possible and when must check-out be completed by?

    If we have not agreed otherwise in writing prior to your check-in, our apartments are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out must usually be completed by 10:00 a.m. Please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange individual arrival and departure times, subject to availability.
